The gym has good equipment. I found it surprisingly good. The staff was helpful. I appreciated the convenient location near union square.
Few power outlets were available, i found them inconveniently located. The bathtub was not comfortable because there is not a handheld shower, there is only a fixed wall mounted one. The room felt very humid.

My room had two double beds. The room included a television with many channels. It was great. The climate control was effective, the temperature stayed consistent, which i found useful.

The gym has multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. I saw the pool was open. The hotel features an on-site restaurant, and I noticed it has a bar area. The drinks selection was extensive.

Excellent stay with a touch of history

I appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of my room, it was certainly a welcome relief. I also found the historical items displayed throughout the hotel very interesting. The breakfast included with the room had plenty of options. Everything tasted fresh. I enjoyed the happy hour on the 12th floor and the views.
The sound insulation could be better. I heard some noise from the hallway.

The hotel benefits from a central position, near Union Square and Powell BART station. The hotel is located within a short walking distance from a variety of restaurants. It is a little walk uphill to the hotel, so wear comfortable shoes.

The rooms include robes and coffee makers. My room included a bar fridge. The provided beds are comfortable. I found the bathroom a little small, but it was functional.

The hotel included complimentary laundry facilities with detergent. The equipment was well kept. The breakfast included in my stay had a good variety of options. Happy hour is hosted on the 12th floor, with city views. Geoff, the bar tender, prepares great cocktails.

The staff throughout the hotel are cute. They were always quick to help with anything I needed. There is a concierge service available to assist with travel. The waiters at breakfast are keen to provide fresh juice and coffee.

The room included a fridge and a coffee machine. That was convenient. breakfast offered amazing fruit. i appreciated the happy hour, it allowed for relaxation after sightseeing.
the parking was quite expensive and not very close.
