terrible internet noisy elevator

The breakfast was superb. The waitress Cynthia was wonderful.

I was not impressed with the internet access. It was terrible. The elevator was also quite noisy. I was also able to hear my neighbors snoring through the walls at night. I found nail clippings on the floor, off-putting.

the location was easy to find, quite walkable to where i wanted to go.

I did find the dated decor a bit much. The dark hallways felt a little like a setting for a thriller. the photos lining the walls, maybe less memorabilia would brighten things up.

The location was convenient, offering easy access to various city attractions. breakfast proved to be superb. the gym included adequate workout equipment. It allowed maintaining my fitness routine. the staff was attentive and available, offering great service.

I encountered an issue with the room's carpet. It had some stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness.

The gym has good equipment. I found it surprisingly good. The staff was helpful. I appreciated the convenient location near union square.

Few power outlets were available, i found them inconveniently located. The bathtub was not comfortable because there is not a handheld shower, there is only a fixed wall mounted one. The room felt very humid.

Excellent stay with a touch of history

spacious room historical display fresh breakfast excellent view

I appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of my room, it was certainly a welcome relief. I also found the historical items displayed throughout the hotel very interesting. The breakfast included with the room had plenty of options. Everything tasted fresh. I enjoyed the happy hour on the 12th floor and the views.

The sound insulation could be better. I heard some noise from the hallway.

The hotel benefits from a central position, near Union Square and Powell BART station. The hotel is located within a short walking distance from a variety of restaurants. It is a little walk uphill to the hotel, so wear comfortable shoes.

convenient fridge amazing fruit happy hour

The room included a fridge and a coffee machine. That was convenient. breakfast offered amazing fruit. i appreciated the happy hour, it allowed for relaxation after sightseeing.

the parking was quite expensive and not very close.
