Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is right in the center of everything, just a few blocks off Union Square. The rooms offer great views of the city's skyline, accessible by elevator. They were very cold initially but spacious with a large wardrobe, though a bit of an odd shape. The service was top-notch, always friendly, and willing to assist with anything we needed, including organizing a taxi for five people with luggage. The location couldn't be better, excellent next to Union Square with plenty of dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. The breakfast was amazing, with a changing menu daily, perfect for a week-long business stay. The hotel has all the necessary facilities to make your stay comfortable.
The hotel had comfortable and spacious rooms, though the view was not spectacular. The service was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The location was ideal, near key attractions and with a charming view of the city. The dining experience was good with a variety of tasty options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel has a HUGE bedroom but the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. It gets quite hot and stuffy as you are unable to open windows and there's no air conditioning. The smells tell you it's old, yet the location is incredibly hard to beat, being right downtown, close to everything in a super central and good neighborhood. However, being in the 'tenderloin' area and having to stay in a valet lot might not suit everyone.
The hotel's location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions and offers a safe environment. The rooms are clean and spacious, showcasing modern decor and comfortable amenities. The service is efficient although the hotel experienced an evacuation during my stay. The dining options are exceptional, providing both delight and value. However, the presence of homeless individuals nearby was unsettling at times.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for three people. Although the carpeting could use an update, the room was functional, clean, and delightful. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and even providing a laundry service and a welcome drink. The location was great, surrounded by historical sites and shopping areas. The included breakfast and happy hour drinks were fantastic perks. The dining experience was amazing with daily changing menu options. Overall, a wonderful stay with some minor room improvements needed.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were huge and stunning, with a lovely bathroom and a great coffee machine that provided complimentary pods daily. While not overly spacious, the rooms were perfectly fine, with nice decor, comfortable beds, and all the necessary amenities. The service was attentive, although I encountered some unfriendliness during happy hour, but management addressed it promptly. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to everything in the city. The dining experience was a great addition, especially with the opportunity to enjoy meals with a fabulous view of San Francisco.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, making our stay very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind throughout our visit. The location was perfect for exploring the city center. However, not having valet parking or a nearby garage might be inconvenient for families traveling with children.
